Fly High Engineering is looking for new talents
Work with Us
Fly High Engineering AG (FHE in short) is a new, growing Swiss company, whose mission is to foster innovation in regulated industries.
To better serve the needs of our partners, we want to strengthen the following roles:
- Business Expert
- Regulation Expert
- Technology Expert
Our approach
FHE is more than client-focused. We have partners, rather than clients, and assists them on the business, commercial and technical sides.
We synergize with several experts with diverse origin, attitude, and know-how.
Languages
The official company language is English, and we speak also French, German, and Italian. We welcome people with diverse background, who help us perceiving more aspects and inspire us to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
Location
FHE is located at the TECHNOPARK® Aargau, 100 m from the Brugg AG train station. From here you can reach in 30 min the center of Zurich, Basel and the Zurich airport in 45 min, and the center of Bern in 60 min. FHNW is just on the other side of the train station and a bus brings you to the Paul Scherrer Institut in 20 min.
Hybrid setup
We are result-oriented and open to various forms of collaboration. A hybrid setup, in which the amount of time spent on site and at home can be defined project by project, is a common choice. What matters is to successfully and happily work together.
what are we looking for
We welcome talented and passionate people who will allow us to help more and more partners to achieve their goals!
The personality traits that we value most are:
- open (state what you mean) and fair (respect for diverse opinions and mindsets) communication
- proactivity both for what concerns (potential and actual) issues and opportunities
- constructive criticism (disagree with the intention of improving things)
This means that you won't wait until the consequences of a mistake or misunderstanding are manifest and severe to speak up. We expect you to help us preventing problems, or at least minimising their effects, by expressing yourself without fear (trait 1) as soon as you perceive an issue or the risk of a problem (trait 2), possibly with concrete suggestions on how to improve the situation (trait 3).
